Please bring your shot records. Proof of current vaccinations is required for Rabies, Distemper, Parvo Virus, and Bordetella. The Bordetella vaccine must be given every 6 months. Proof includes vaccines that claim they are good for a year. This follows the guidelines of the manufacturers of the vaccine. If the Bordetella has lapsed it must be updated at least 10 days before your visit. All pets must be free of internal/external parasites, including fleas and ticks

Dogs should be spayed/neutered by 6 months and animal friendly to participate in day care. Dogs play in supervised groups of like size and temperament. 

We are happy to administer oral or topical medications or supplements to your pets! Medication must be in the original prescribed container with the prescription label adhered. We will not be able to give injections to your pet(s).

You are welcome to bring special toys and chews for your pet with the exception of rawhide and rope toys. Bedding is provided but you can bring theirs along with a shirt of your scent if you would like. Please label your pets belongings so we can make sure to return everything that belongs to you and your pet.

You are welcome to bring your dogs during our operating hours of 7am to 4pm during the weekdays and 7am to 4pm on weekends. Be sure to give yourself enough time to arrive so that we can check in your pet in a stress free manner.  Dogs must be picked up by 2pm to avoid an additional day’s charge.

Please bring your pets favorite food.  we ask that all food be prepackaged in containers or zip-lock bags with their names clearly written.  Canned food is acceptable as well.  Please be sure to bring enough for the duration of their stay or a fee may be applied to your invoice.
